As per the latest updates, the login facility for registered candidates is available at the official website of Maharashtra CET. The Maharashtra state admission cell conducts state counseling for different courses, including NEET on the CAP portal. As of now, it has published the list of "provisionally selected" candidates for the MBBS and BDS courses through CAP Round 2. If you are looking for NEET UG mop-up registration, then you need to wait for the publication of vacant seats on the official portal. The registration schedule will be published only afterward.
