Yes, you can. The only requirement is that you should have completed your class 12th with mathematics. Maths is a must. If I am not wrong MCA is a three-year course.

I agree with the others. I also recommend you to pursue another Master, because you already have an MBA. Ask yourself which MBA course you liked the most? What would you like to work in? Where do you find you strength in the most? Is it Finance? Accounting? MS and Data analytics? Supply chain and Operations management? Marketing? Management where you have many fields like HR or Entrepreneurship etc. ? Economics? If you have more than 5 years management experience or you are a senior manager then you can apply for an Executive MBA (EMBA) which is meant for senior managers who have long corporate experience. FOSTIIMA Delhi is a good choice to pursue MBA. They provide placements at the level of premium B schools. Their average placements lie around 8 per annum. Faculty members are almost IIM graduates and even course curriculum is benchmarked to IIM-A. For details one may refer to its website www.fostiima.org.
However, at present, FOSTIIMA only operating from Delhi campus.

It's not possible to do one course from 2 different colleges in a different year. You have to study for whole 2 years in the same college.
