Since you asked for reputed colleges only. At the IIITs student has to exercise the MBA option in third or fourth year. Student can exit after fourth year with pure B.Tech degree after four years. Or complete both B.Tech and MBA in five years. In other institutes students has to select before joining the course. There is no exit option before completing both B.Tech and MBA in five years.

I cant say about IILM University for CSE.
