Hello Shaina, I really sorry to inform you that KNRUHS doesn't provide B.Sc. Cardiovascular degree but if your are really keen to pursue the degree then you can go for Malla Reddy University, Telangana.

To get admission, student have to appear for MET (Manipal Entrance Test) to get admission in Manipal medical college. They do not give admission privately. Seats are allocated only for the students who appeared in MET.

Yes, there is no doubt in BVP Delhi for BBA most of the crowd is from north side only. The college was established in 1992. The fees for BBA are 1.4 Lacs per year, there is a good amount of faculty also the faculty on the campus are good and helpful most of the times. Most of them will help you on a personal level. Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Pune is one of the most known colleges in Pune. But there are two colleges in Pune of Bhartiya Vidyapeeth. So, I suggest if you can take admission into main Centre. Than its good or else Delhi is good but depends upon the college and their placements. So, I think BVP Delhi is better than BVP Pune.
