Hi. Tamil Nadu Lateral Entry Admission 2022:
The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) will shortly begin accepting applications for direct second-year B.E/B.Tech admissions in 2022 on its official website. The Tamil Nadu Lateral Entry Admission 2022 (LEA-2022) registration, application form filling, payment process, and Certificate uploading are all completed entirely online. After Certificate verification, the TNEA Lateral entry counselling rank list will be published on the official website. When the rank list is published, the organising body will commence the choice filling and seat assignment process. Candidates must complete the online Tamil Nadu lateral entry application form according to the deadlines. Candidates who complete a three-year engineering Diploma after 10th grade or B.Sc. Degrees after 12th grade are eligible to apply for Tamil Nadu lateral entry admissions through TNLEA counselling.

The eligibility criteria for Tamil Nadu lateral entry admission 2022 (Diploma) are as follows. Candidates must have a domicile in Tamil Nadu. Candidates must have cleared class 12th with any of the three below-mentioned subjects:
Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/Entrepreneurship. Or
Candidates must have passed Class 10 and 2 years ITI passed with the appropriate programme.

Students are allowed to apply if they have a 60% aggregate in their Class XII examination with Maths and Science Subjects. Students are admitted on the basis of their NEET results. The NEET cut-offs depend on the number of seats available, the difficulty of the examination and the number of people applying for the course selected by the students. The NEET examination is usually held in the months of February and April. Students can appear in both the months and the best of two will be selected by the college while evaluating the application.

Candidate must pass Class 12th with at least 50% aggregate in PCB stream with English as a compulsory subject
Age: Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.
