Students abiding at Periyar University hostels are certainly at an advantage when it comes to hostel facilities. The foundations for the Adhiyaman Men's Hostel and Periyar Maniyammai Women's Hostel were laid in 2007. The hostels are secured by the wardens as well as deputy wardens and mess facility is available to the students. For girl students, a second hostel, the New Women's Hostel, has been completed in 2019.

Yes, you can get admission to BTech at Bheema Institute of Technology and Science without AP EAMCET. To be eligible for admission to the course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 50% aggregate in Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects from any recognised institute. Although admissions are done based on scores obtained in the AP EAMCET exam, 30% of the seats are reserved for direct admission under the management quota.

No, examiners will not deduct marks for exceeding the word limit. Marks will be deducted for spelling mistakes in the Language Papers. Students are advised to be carefull with the spellings, so that they won't loose any marks. They are also advised not to waste time by writing much more than the word limit.

Whiteners are not allowed in Andhra Pradesh SSC board exams. However, you can use gel or ball pens. Students can carry stationary to the exam centre but will not be allowed any electronic gadget like smart watch, cell phones, calculators etc. In case anyone is found with these items, he/she can be barred from writing the Andhra Pradesh SSC board exam.
