All courses have their specific requirements. You need to shortlist the country, colleges and the courses you wish to apply for. Then, visit the college website and learn more about the application requirements. With a BCA degree, you can go for courses like MBA, MA, etc.

Post work experience is not mandatory, but it is an advantage as you may easily get admission in a reputed college moreover is good for the job prospect as well.
