Yes, you can but college change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

No doubt, Career Launcher's study material is one of the best material for CLAT preparations but one more thing required is concentration and amount of time you spent on studies.
And also a hardly affecting factor is luck because I also got even 199 marks in Career Launcher, but unfortunately, in CLAT, I just got 71 marks that's why must say luck also matters.
