If the above mentioned rank is your general rank then you should try for DTU /NSIT .You may easily get IIIT, Allahabad information technology branch. IIIT, Allahabad is a very good college with excellent coding culture.

But according to me you have very less chances of getting a college under DU. But we can only predict so it will be better for you to apply for DU.
