Hi dear,
For admission into MBBS or BDS anywhere in India, you have to appear for only one common entrance examination and i.e. NEET. There's no other gateway for admission.

IHM, Bangalore is amongst top 3 in all over India. It comes after IHM Pusa, Delhi and Mumbai. Infrastructure of the campus is small though but the placement record of the institute is very good in terms of faculty and teaching.
