No, he will not get IIT with just 81 marks in JEE Advanced
However, he might get admission in preparatory courses offered by IITs.

If you want to go for abroad after MBA, then it is possible if you go for jobs in an IT sector.
Many MNC will prefer MBA in finance specialization candidates.
It is better to complete SAP-FICO, as this is related to finance only.
It is possible to go for abroad in quick time by getting a job in any MN
