Some factors which you can consider are:
1. Global exposure
2. Infrastructure
3. Education standards
4. Exposure to different subjects and topics which are not yet introduced in India
5. Research work and many more.
The choice to study in India or abroad including Canada is upto you. You should go abroad if you get into a good recognized university otherwise there are good colleges in India also.
