Some factors which you can consider are:
1. Global exposure
2. Infrastructure
3. Education standards
4. Exposure to different subjects and topics which are not yet introduced in India
5. Research work and many more.
The choice to study in India or abroad including Canada is upto you. You should go abroad if you get into a good recognized university otherwise there are good colleges in India also.

All colleges are good as far as study is concerned, it all depends on you and the college in which college you want to study, how far it's from your home, whether the subject you want is offered by the college and the your score to get admission in particular college.

You are not eligible for MBA Entrance Examinations as CAT or MAT etc. However, you are eligible to appear for XAT and the seek admission in BSchools which accept XAT score. You may also try at some Private Universities which are not stringent in their admission process.
