No, mathematics is not compulsory to pursue B.Com, but you need to have good knowledge about mathematics, which can helps you in calculations.

You can try for Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi as it has very less fees but getting into that college is really difficult and private colleges usually have higher fees.

Hi,
Both the fields are good. But, if you are planning for BCA then after 3 years you will need to study MCA also as BCA alone will not get you a very good hob in IT sector. As far as hotel management is concerned you need to appear for the NCHMCT JEE which conducts entrance exam for admission in reputed government hotel management colleges in India.
