For any admission in the education system in India, the student needs to have a mapping done. This would depend on the education system/board that they follow in UAE. Accordingly, the qualification awarded will be linked to the class in India. Generally, the students with foreign education need to go back an year and in this case she could be allowed to take admission in 10th and give her board exams.

To become a commercial pilot:
1) You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed class 12th with science (Physics and mathematics) with 50%.
2) Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
3) General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
4) You need to register at a flying club, which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
