Both are decent universities, but you can prefer Chandigarh based on placements and campus is also good.

IBS Hyderabad, ISB Hyderabad and NMIMS Hyderabad are three good colleges. For Bangalore you may consider IFIM, IBS, NMIMS, Welingkar's, Christ, ABBS and ISBM as Tier one colleges and IIM, Bangalore as Premier B-school.
