You may stay for a few years as long as the work permit is valid, for example 2 to 3 years in Canada and Australia. You can stay back with a PR but it will depend on your work profile, qualification, skill shortages, etc.

No GMAT exam is required to study MBA in India. For an MBA in India, you only need to give the CAT exam. On the basis of your score in CAT exam, you will get a percentile ranking on the basis of which, you can choose your MBA college.
