Hi,
You may stay for a few years as long as the work permit is valid, for example 2 to 3 years in Canada and Australia. You can stay back with a PR but it will depend on your work profile, qualification, skill shortages, etc.

Nearly all the government colleges like the IITs, FMS, IIFM, NIBM provide a decent fee structure. But, for this you need to clear CAT with a good percentile so that you can receive calls and also to convert the calls.

You should apply for Goa Institute of Management. I think the application date is over. Still check their website once. They need CAT, XAT for admission.

Hi,
No GMAT exam is required to study MBA in India. For an MBA in India, you only need to give the CAT exam. On the basis of your score in CAT exam, you will get a percentile ranking on the basis of which, you can choose your MBA college.
