You will have to check with the university where you are interested in taking admission. At times the university allows admission for grade improvement. However, you should first reconfirm. This is because if you seek admission in some other university, than you will require migration certificate from your old university. Thank you.

These are some name well reputed Universities in Delhi/NCR with good placement records.
