No. Sadly, people in India have failed to realize the value of IEM in India. Let me be frank with you. There is not much scope for IEM in India. Also, placement opportunities are not that good. Best college for doing BCA in the whole DELHI is VIPS (Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies)! You should go for it because it is best in terms of everything like infrastructure, faculty, placement, etc. I am telling it to you from my personal experience!
