the first cut off of b sc in Delhi university is 87 to 96. 75 for general category , for obc is 75 and 96 , for sc it is 70 - 90.25 , st it is 68 to 93.5

i don't think u ll get any govt college with cse. u should try for private colleges like MANIPAL,KIIT,VIT,SRM.

I suggest you formerly apply to various colleges in Australia and then apply for visa on the basis of possibility of admission in a college thre. For this the better route would be through a registered agent.

of course if u can afford harvard, stanford, london business school. den go for it. but if u want to be in india den try for iim or xlri.
