Domicile state is not taken into consideration for admission into KIIT. If you have secured a good rank, you can take admission.

CSE is preferred more than IT be it in admissions or placements. Though there is not much difference between the two.
IIT Delhi is the best college for the same in Delhi .

Talking about placements, every company coming to the campus will look at your past academic scores as well to shortlist you. Thus, it might be a problem for you during the placements process. However, there are certain other companies as well which look on other things such as extra curricula
