Every year few graduates from IIM Ahmedabad, Calcutta, Bangalore, Lucknow are able to get international placements. Some other B Schools such as FMS DU, MDI , ISB also get limited international placements.

Firstly depend upon your category because category is more matter in seat allotment. If you belong from general category then you will not get any NITS.
You can apply for top private university like Amity university, Manipal university , PEC chandigarh , Jaypee institute of technology noida.

No, you will not get any type of NITS because you do not qualify jee mains cut off.
You can take admission in other private institute through this score.
