As there are 178 private and 41 Government Colleges in India offering BAMS course. According to N A RF report 2023 BHU Varanasi comes under 8 position and Dr.D.Y patil vidyapeeth Pune comes under 15th position. KCET 2025 syllabus is designed based on the first and second-year Pre-University Course (PUC) syllabi, that are followed for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology, and Kannada for a few candidates.
