Below are a few institutions in Delhi offering program in this field:
Jamia Millia Islamia
SKYLINE Business School
JIMS - Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences
Hope Institute of Hospitality Management,
Cradle of Management Institute (Hotel Management)
If you can move out of Delhi then I would suggest you to look for UTM Shillong as its pretty good university for pursuing BBA in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism. Plus Shillong being a tourist destination you will get good industrial exposure there. Rest, choice is yours. Good luck :)

Firstly I would advise you to see whether the skills required to be an actor match up with your personality or not and then only wisely make up a decision.

Hi Vishnu,
O level is not equivalent to B.Tech Degree , you can opt for Doeacc B level because that's equivalent to MCA and in India a B.tech and an MCA can apply for the same job position in an IT company
