To get into actuarial science you need to have a strong background in maths and statistics.
It is used largely in credit and insurance industries that need to use risk on an ongoing basis. The Actuarial Science examinations can be done through the ASI (Actuarial Society of India). Once qualified, most actuaries are employed by the insurance companies — national and multinational.

Instead of focusing on China and Nepal, I suggest you consider Philippines as an option as the country is an English speaking country and you can converse with patients in English. MCI clearance is equally difficult if you pursue your studies from Nepal or China. However, Philippines follows US style of medicine studies and clearing MCI screening is relatively easier. Also, Philippines is now a hub for USMLE coaching. Additionally, Philippines has similar weather conditions as India and therefore similar types of diseases could be found in Philippines. As you have already done a diploma, you are eligible for seeking lateral entry in B.Tech. One requires to qualify LEET as conducted by the technical education board of the state. Lateral Entry Entrance Tests are conducted on state level. But some colleges and Univerities too conduct Lateral Entry Tests. You will get direct admission to 2nd year of B.Tech if you clear the exam.
