The best university in Gujarat is Gujarat University. In the NIRF rankings of the 'University' category for all top universities in India in 2025, it has the 74th rank, and in the city, it's the best. But according to QS World Rankings in the category of 'Top global universities', the best university in Gujarat is IIT Gandhinagar (851-900 ranking tier).

Yes, admissions are open at Assam Downtown University for 2026-27. The admissions are both entrance-based and merit-based. The institute accepts score of exams like JEE Mains, MAT, etc. The admission to the BTech programme is determined by candidates' performance in the TJEE entrance examination. For admission to programmes like MSc, MSW, etc. the university accepts the score of CUET-PG exam for admission.

Yes, Assam Down Town University is a really good university. The university is ranked #101-125 in "Pharmacy" category by NIRF in the year 2025. At the UG level, courses like BA, BCom, BSc, BTech, BBA, BA LLB, BCA, etc. are offered. The university offers MTech, MBA, MCA, LLM, MA, etc. at the PG level. A total of 121 companies participated during the placement session and presented over 900 jobs to batch 2026. The highest and average package secured by the batch 2026 was INR 9 LPA and INR 4.60 LPA. In short it is a good university in terms of rankings, placements, range of courses, etc.

Yes, NID Haryana is a good college. National Institute of Design, Haryana was established as an autonomous institute under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. NID even offers scholarships to students as financial support.
