No, you can't get direct admission to B.Tech at Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences University. Candidates seeking admission at Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University must meet the course-specific eligibility set by the university. NIOS is an institution that worked under MHRD of Govt. of India. It is purely recognised institution that accepted by any other institution as well. Validity and applicability is as same as any other board. You can get admission to BBA courses in government colleges through NIOS results as they commonly accept it. For private universities, you may need to enquire and get sure about admission.

Assam University is a central university established by an act of Parliament in 1994. It has two campuses, located in Silchar and Diphu. For admission in many of the courses and specialisation at the university there are specific entrance exams such as CUET-UG for admission in UG courses, CUET-PG for admission in PG course, JEE-Main for admission in BTech course. No, you cannot choose UG Zoology from a private university if you have failed in your 12th standard. Most universities require a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination (12th standard) for admission to undergraduate programs. Additionally, many universities also require a valid entrance exam score for admission to UG programs.
