There are about 1,300+ B Tech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning colleges in India. Of these, 1,000+ colleges are privately owned, 80 colleges are owned by public/government organisations and public-private entities own 10+ BTech colleges. Some of the popular colleges include VIT Vellore, IIT Roorkee, NIT Surathkal and many others.

GNDU have B.Tech lateral admission. However Electrical engineering branch is not available here. So think about some other branches. Further JEE Main is not required for lateral admission. However University will conduct own entrance exam.

Yes, you can join Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) Nuzvid for B.Tech without Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. RGUKT offers a six-year B.Tech programme with a minimum eligibility criterion of passing class X with at least 50% marks. Admissions are based on merit, and the university admits candidates to its B.Tech programme on the basis of merit in the 10th grade

WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management has a world rank 150 in QS Ranking but IIM Ahmedabad has a QS ranking around 50. So, it can be said that academically and infrastructure wise IIM Ahmedabad is better. IIM Ahmedabad has a very good in providing scholarships and its practice and policy.
