Yes, TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) is conducted specifically in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. It is an admission process for undergraduate engineering courses offered by various colleges in Tamil Nadu.
And students from other states can also apply for TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions). While the majority of seats are reserved for Tamil Nadu residents, a certain percentage of seats are also allotted for students from other states on the basis of merit. So, students from other states are eligible to apply for TNEA and compete for these seats.

If you're looking for the most prestigious medical school in India with a rigorous education, AIIMS is a good choice (if you can get in). If you're looking for a more relaxed entry process and the opportunity to study abroad, Mahsa University could be a good option.
Factors to consider:
- Location: AIIMS campuses are located in major Indian cities, while Mahsa University is in Malaysia. Consider your preference for studying abroad.
- Language: MBBS at AIIMS is taught in English, while Mahsa University offers the programme in English.
- Cost of living: The cost of living in Malaysia may be lower than in major Indian cities.
