IICD BDes in Hard Material Design is a 4-year course. The Institute offers this course in full-time mode, in affiliation with Rajasthan ILD Skills University, Jaipur. The Indian Institute of Crafts and Design IICD offers BDes in Hard Material Design with a total tuition fee of INR 10.40 Lacs and hostel fees of INR 4.50 Lakh. Apart from this, there is a one-time payment which is for INR 18 K, making a total of INR 15.08 Lakh.

Candidates can secure a seat at IICD for BDes in Fashion Clothing Design through merit and entrance. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 from a recognised board. Along with this, candidates qualify for the IICD entrance exam which consists of theory, practical and an interview. Candidates can apply for candidature through the official website.

The Indian Institute of Crafts and Design offers UG, PG and Diploma level programmes. The Institute offers these programmes in various specialisations such as Fashion Clothing Design, Jewellery Design, Crafts Communication etc. IICD offers these courses for a total tuition fee of INR 40 K to INR 11.11 Lakh. Therefore, to conclude, the IICD fee structure is not very costly, considering everything that a course offers.

IICD offers BDes and MDes as popular programmes. The Institute offers MDes in around 7 specialisations which are Interior Design, Fashion Clothing Design, Crafts Communication, Fired Material Design and others. IICD offers these courses in affiliation with Rajasthan ILD Skills University. The Institute offers MDes based on merit and entrance (conducted by the Institute). The Indian Institute of Crafts and Design offers this 2-year course for a total tuition fee of INR 5.2 Lakh. Considering the specialisations and the cost of the course offered, candidates must consider MDes at IICD.

It's not very difficult to get into IICD or the Indian Institute of Crafts and Design. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria given by the Institute. The IICD admission is conducted based on merit. Candidates must visit the official website to apply for admission.
As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 from a recognised board. The IICD exam admit card 2025 for will be released within a few days of the closure of the application form. The admit card has to be dowloaded online from the admission portal.
