The tuition fee for a two-year M.Tech is INR 2.2 lakh. Apart from this, the total fee includes components such as hotel fee (if applicable), caution deposit, and other amounts to be paid at the time of admission. As per the IITDM MTech cutoff 2024, MTech in Robotics and Automation stood as the most competitive exam. The last round GATE score for this course stood at 359. It was also observed that MTech in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and MTech in Drones and IoT stood as the least competitive branches of all with a closing score of 372.
