IIIT Kancheepuram provides a BTech undergraduate programme. The institute provides two-year full-time M.Tech and MDes postgraduate studies. at addition to undergraduate and graduate programmes, the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing at Kancheepuram provides a few doctoral-level courses. All courses are available in full-time modality.

The main method of admission at IIITDM Kurnool is entrance tests. Admission to its well-known BTech programme is determined by JEE Main results, which are then followed by JoSAA counselling.
