It has good infrastructure and good faculty. Improvement is needed in placements. It is good.
Placements: The placement percentage is good. Compared to the previous year, this year our seniors have received nice offers. Almost 4 members got a package of above 50 LPA. Companies that visit our campus for placements are Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Deloitte, Amazon, IBM, Capgemini, and L&T.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our hostel are good. Rooms are well-ventilated. The other hostel construction is going on now, which is expected to be available by 2026. Washrooms are hygienic in the hostel. For girls, Wi-Fi and LAN connections are provided. For boys, only a LAN connection is provided, which has a very good internet speed. There is a TV room which contains chess, carrom board, table tennis, and a TV with a good seating area. There is also a salon in the hostel. The mess food is good. Hygiene is maintained. Medical facilities are available. Sports facilities are actually top-notch compared to any other IITs.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant, and they have made changes this year to make it more relevant. Some courses have been removed for us, which were there for seniors. Exams are neither very easy nor very tough. I would say they are moderate and good enough. Faculty members are very good.

Good college with good campus life.
Placements: 58% of students are placed. The highest salary is 28 LPA. The lowest salary is 3 LPA, and the average salary is 12 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Internships are very rarely given to our students by the faculty members and encourage to try students on their own which is sometimes hard to find.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities of this institute are good with good maintenance and proper facilities like lift, etc. Like the most essential things fan, cot, study table, and chair are provided with proper ventilation. Most importantly the washrooms are cleaned by housekeeping staff every 3 days. There are 3 hostels for boys and 1 hostel for girls. Taking about mess, food is okay not too great because the tenders keep changing every 3 months so sometimes on some days the food is good, sometimes bad. The canteen food tastes good. Hospital facilities are there inside and sports facilities are best.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and always available to clarify doubts. They are supportive and good at teaching. The course curriculum is industry ready and relevant. Few exams are very easy, and few are tough. Pass percentage depends on students for each subject (relatively).
Other: Computer science and engineering is my course. The location of our campus is a disadvantage that I wish to improve. There is a Techno-cultural fest that happens every year, and festival events happen quite often. Campus is around 191 acres. The crowd is approximately 1200 including faculty members.

College has really good atmosphere.
Placements: Placements are below average and decreasing rapidly. The highest salary package offered this year is 13 LPA. Less students are placed this year. Top roles offered in my course are not exactly known, but I think they are very low.
Infrastructure: IIITDM Kurnool offers excellent facilities for both sports and academics, providing a well-rounded experience for its students. Sports infrastructure includes a variety of facilities. Wi-Fi is also available anywhere on campus, in labs, hostels, and classrooms.
Faculty: Faculty at IIITDM Kurnool is one of its standout features, with a dedicated team of professors who bring a wealth of academic knowledge and industry experience. Faculty members are approachable, and many actively engage in research, offering students opportunities to collaborate on cutting-edge projects. They are committed to fostering a strong learning environment, with a focus on conceptual understanding and practical application. Additionally, professors often integrate modern teaching tools and technologies into their lectures, making the learning process more interactive and engaging.

Our college has great faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: Around 71% of students were placed last year with the highest salary package of 35 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Amazon, Infosys, and Deloitte are top recruiters. The top role offered is to join a team for conducting surveillance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite nice. The distance between them is considerably long so students have to walk a lot. Wi-Fi is not available but ethernet ports are provided. Its speed is about 10 megabytes. Hostels are quite nice with maintenance provided each weekend. The food served in the mess is average. We have to not expect much.
Faculty: Our teachers are quite helpful. They are mostly passed out from IITs and NITs. The curriculum is very outdated and stops the growth of a student as an engineer. The difficulty level is quite normal and acceptable in semester exams.
Other: I had other options to choose the college, but I wanted computer science and engineering, so I joined this college. I am having fun here. I am making new projects and honing my skills. The gender ratio is not very good.

A Dark Truth About IIITDM Kurnool! - My Struggle During the Semester.
Placements: Above 70% of students were placed in my course during the last three years. The all-time highest package in this college is 1.3 crore per annum, and the average is 12 LPA. Amazon, Capgemini, Wipro, and some other MNC companies are visiting my college for recruitment. Roles like tester and other things happen during placements.
Infrastructure: Free internet is provided via LAN ports. Libraries are there and are good for studying peacefully. Classrooms are okay, and there’s AC in the classrooms, so it’s good to concentrate on class. Mess food is okay, not much good. Canteens are there for eating with our own money. Sports are usually played every day. There is a cricket ground, football ground, basketball, volleyball, throw ball, table tennis, lawn tennis, and especially an indoor stadium for badminton and table tennis.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and provide some time for explaining our doubts or other things. They are actively clearing the doubts for real. Professors are very high in knowledge, and assistant professors are much efficient, but okay. The semester exams are not that tough; if you study the concepts taught in class, mostly the same questions will come.
Other: I’ve had an interest in CSE even from my 10th class, so I chose this as my branch. I like innovation in software development also. Here, an annual fest called SOLASTA happens every year. This is really good, guys; I’ve enjoyed a lot during the fest. Many other cultural activities were done during the semesters. It’s very good.

The college is quite good and is improving day by day as it is a new IIIT.
Placements: This year, 59% of students got placed. The highest package was 32.5 LPA, and the average was 8.20 LPA. Top recruiters are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. About 40% of students got internships this academic year. Top roles include data analyst, web developer, UX designer, and mobile app developer.
Infrastructure: The entire campus is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, providing students and faculty access to the internet for research, online resources, and academic work. The institute has well-equipped computer labs for programming and software development. It provides basic medical facilities with a health center available on campus for emergencies, regular check-ups, and medical consultations.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, with most of them holding Ph.D. degrees from prestigious institutions in India and abroad, including IITs and NITs. I personally feel that the college curriculum is average as it does not focus on the main concepts of coding for CSE students. Semesters have above-average difficulty, but if you prepare, it will be manageable, and the pass percentage is also good.

Placements: Placements are quite good in this college with about 80 percent of the students getting placed. Most of the students find opportunities through this institution but many of them are quite selective.
Infrastructure: Hostel life in this college is decent but the food in the mess is not very good. The hostel facilities could be improved, but the rooms are quite good . Students are able to study during their time in the hostel and on holidays.
Faculty: Students have been studying in this college for many years, and the exams are challenging. The paper preparation can be tough but overall students from this college are placed well. The faculty is quite supportive and knowledgeable.

The minimum percentage in 12th must be 75% and good rank in JEE Mains to get admission in any of the IIITs or NITs.

I am sure you would not be able to get cs branch in this IIIT Do not be disappointed. You have a good rank for which you can get some other IIIT
There are nearly 119 engineering colleges in India that take jee mains as entrance
Rather than getting in far iiits better go for good government college
