iMTech of IIIT Kottayam is a Integrated M.Tech course with BCA-MCA in AI & Data Science for Working Professionals. Students can complete this course in maximum of 10 years. The course includes below degree:

IIIT Kottayam offers its flagship four-years BTech course at the UG level. The institute offers e-MTech, M.Tech for Working Professional and Integrated M.Tech for Working Professionals at the PG level. The institute also offers a PhD course at the doctoral level.
