Aspirants need to complete BTech./BE/AMIE degree in any discipline or MCA or MSc/MS degree in CS/IT/Mathematics/ Physics/Statistics with a minimum of 60% aggregate to apply for e-MTech programme at IIIT Kottayam.

Aspirants must pass BTech./BE/AMIE degree in any discipline or MCA or MSc/MS degree in CS/IT/Mathematics/ Physics/Statistics with a minimum of 60% aggregate to apply for M.Tech for Working Professionals programme at IIIT Kottayam. Candidates should also be currently employed. The institute only considers the employment acquired after the qualifying degree is awarded.

Aspirants must complete Class 12 in Science with Mathematics/ Diploma or equivalent educational qualification to apply for Integrated M.Tech for Working Professionals programme. Aspirants must be employed in Industry/ R & D/ Academia at the time of applying.
