Yes, the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Jammu branch, is considered a good institution for pursuing PG Diploma courses, but if I have to say which is the best one, I'll definitely go with the IIMC Delhi, as the highest placement was from the Delhi branch with a salary package of a stunning 20 LPA.
