To shortlist prospective candidates for IIRM Hyderabad PG Diploma admission, the institute conducts an Actuarial Proficiency Test. The schedule for the test varies yearly. In 2025, the proficiency test was conducted on May 30, 2025. To be eligible to apply for the test, candidates are required to have valid scores in the accepted entrance exams. These entrance exams include CAT, GMAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, etc. Alternatively, they must have passed at least one exam from the IAI-ACET, IFoA, SOA, and CAS.

JMI Entrance Exam is the accepted entrance exam for AJK MCRC PG Diploma admissions. The entrance exam is conducted once every year, by Jamia Millia Islamia. It is usually conducted around April. The exact date for the entrance exam for AJK MCRC PG Diploma admissions 2025 is yet to be released. JMI has scheduled to conduct the entrance exams for various courses starting April 26, 2025 (onwards). Candidates must frequently visit the official JMI website to stay updated on the latest exam dates.

CUET PG is the accepted entrance exam for admission to the PG Diploma courses of IIMC Jammu. The last date to apply for CUET PG is February 1, 2025 (tentative). Aspirants can fill out the application form tilll 11:50 pm on the said date.  Additionally, applicants are also required to apply separately through the official IIMC website. The application deadline for the same is expected to be released soon by the institute on its official website.

JAGMAT exam has a total of 75 questions. There are three sections in the JAGMAT exam. Each section has equal question weightage. Candidates will have to answer all questions in the JAGMAT exam. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers to any question. Therefore, candidates must avoid leaving any question unattempted even if they are not sure about the correct answer.

JAGMAT question paper consists of three sections, namely

- English Language Proficiency

- Quantitative Aptitude

- Logical Reasoning

Candidates will have to answer all the questions asked in the JAGMAT exam. JAGSoM will consider overall performance of the JAGMAT exam to evaluate a candidate during the selection process.

No. JAGMAT exam does not have any sectional time limit. Candidates can answer questions from any section as per their convenience within the 90 minute window. Therefore, candidates can answer questions in the JAGMAT exam from any section they wish. In addition, candidates will have the liberty to navigate across sections in the JAGMAT exam.

For each question in the JAGMAT exam, there will be four options. Out of all the four answer options, candidates will have to choose the correct answer option. No negative marking is applicable for candidates choosing an incorrect response. Therefore, candidates must attempt all the questions even if they are not confident with any answer options in the JAGMAT exam.
