Yes, it is possible to aim M.Tech course with 575 score in GATE COAP. IISc Bangalore GATE cutoff 2025 has released its M.Tech cutoff for Round 1 seat allotment. Further, the cutoff scores closed between 400 and 732, for the General AI category candidates. Some of the top specialisations available at 575 score are M.Tech. in Smart Manufacturing, M.Tech. in Smart Mobility and Logistics Systems and M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
