It's better to go for top NITs for CS branch as doing in lower IITs is not gonna make you get placed in top companies and even CS is way better and has more scope than Electronics. So, Go with top NITs for CS.

IIIT Hyderabad will be the best option in comparison to IIT BHU. Only 5 IITs are better than IIIT-Hyderabad that include IIT Bombay, Delhi, Kharagpur, Madras and Kanpur.

If we see the past years cut-off ranks for CSE then IIT-B is the best and IIT-D and IIT-K will come later on. The cut-off ranks indicate the whole statistical data like students trends, Infrastructure, Placements and most important is rankings. Your first target should meet the prime eligibility criteria for admission in IIT's, i.e to score minimum 75% aggregate marks in 12th standard.
