ISB is a college and ICFAI is the university which is affiliated to UGC. Hence both are good enough to give you the best exposure.

Yes, admission in ISB are subject to work experience .You need to check the work experience requirement on the ISB admission section on the website and take further decision

For PGDM course, schedule depends upon Institute to Institute, but subject like Marketing, Economic, Human Resource Management, Managerial Communication etc.
