IGDTUW has various clubs and societies. Students are free to participate in these clubs and societies. The university also arranges various events and seminars for students. The entry and exit in these clubs is totally free and the university does not charge for the same. IGDTUW students can also take part in the inter-college competitions.

Top firms such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Oracle, Meta, and other major multinational corporations visit the university and provide substantial compensation packages. Candidates can join IGDTUW - Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University For Women through the following admission procedures.
For B.Tech and B.Arch programs, admission is through the Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) - 2023 jointly for DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW, DSEU and IIITD. For the B.B.A. program, admission is through the website.

Here, college life is fantastic. Teachers here are kind and the seniors are good. With so many prestigious organizations hiring straight out of college, placements are very high here. In 2022, the NIRF placed it 177th out of all engineering institutes. Compared to other universities, this all-female college is equipped with every convenience. Additionally, there are clean, safe, and secure hostel facilities.

The final IGDTUW cutoff is based JAC Delhi Counselling. IGDTUW cutoff 2023, the last round closing ranks for the BArch, BTech and Integrated courses ranged between 20788 and 31246 for the General category students. Written below is the eligibility criteriafor B.Tech at IGDTUW (Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women)
Academic Qualification: Candidate should have passed class 12th examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% marks in Science stream. (Physics, mathematics and chemistry)
Entrance Exam: Candidate need to qualify in the Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) Delhi entrance exam.

Admission to the courses offered by IGDTUW is determined by national entrance tests. Five BTech specialisations are available at IGDTUW.
