The cutoff rank varies across different rounds, categories and quotas. For the General AI category students, the NEET PG Round 2 cutoff rank is 3752 for admission to the MS in General Surgery course. So, candidates seeking admission to the MS in General Surgery course are advised to target a cutoff rank below 3752 to improve their chances of admission.

Good news: you don't need to crack NEET for the B.Sc Operation Theatre (OT) course at IGMC Shimla. This is a 3-year medical tech course that focuses on anesthesia and OT techniques. You just need to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Admissions are either merit-based or done through an internal entrance test. So if you want to stay in the medical field without NEET stress this is a solid path.

You can get admission in BMLT in any college by giving the entrance exam and then councelling.

To get into you have to get qualifying marks and rank in entrance exam.

Then in the councelling process you have to choose which college you want to enter.

You can get help from college predictor from SHIKSA.

You can get into college any time when councelling ends.

Be careful to choose your college.
