Hello Hemavarsha, you have obtained quite good rank. But remember EWS quota is only 10%. So whatever seats available only this percentage is for ews quota students. Hence a lot will depend on how those placed above you give their choice. The admission in IIIT-Delhi in B.Tech CSE are based on ranks obtained in JEE Main exam. Hence UPSEE ranks are not applicable here.

You should definitely opt for CSE in IIIT DELHI as it is a super tech university and will serve you better placement and environment to nurture your computer skills. Fill JoSSA as well and fill IIIT Hyderabad CSE too as it will be the best option for you its better than many IITs as well.
