Single occupancy: INR 90000 per semester
Twin occupancy: INR 68000 per semester

IIIT Delhi campus has a modern infrastructure and has facilities such as ibrary, hostels, canteens, sports facilities, etc. Eg-  swimming pool, a gymnasium, a football field, a cricket ground, and a tennis court,  laundry facilities, and mess facilities., etc.

The total fee for BTech Computer Science and Engineering at IIIT Delhi is INR 17 Lacs for the entire course. This includes tuition fees, hostel feels, mess fees, etc.
Tuition fees: INR 10 lakh

The hostel fees: INR 3 lakh

Mess fees: INR 2 lakh

Other miscellaneous charges: INR 2 lakh

According to a post on Shiksha, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology Patiala is a better option for ECE. Placements in the college are great compared to other tier-2 colleges in India. The average salary package offered to ECE students is 6 LPA. Around 4-5 core companies visit the college for ECE students every year. However, IIIT Delhi is better for CSE. It is an excellent option for CSE. The department has an excellent faculty base. IIIT Delhi has an active coding culture. If you are interested in coding, you will love being on campus.
