Hello Ansuman,
Considering your inclination towards technical stuff (gadgets), you may choose different IT Professional Certification courses like Cisco, Microsoft, Virtualization or Cloud Computing.
Apart from that under Software Development - JAVA, ASP.Net, PHP, IOS or Android development have futures.
Game Design, Animation, Graphic Designing and Multimedia are other options but it depends a lot on a person's creativity skills. You can also opt for M.Sc (IT) if you wish.
To the end, I would suggest you are the best judge to decide your interest and inclination which is most important.

Though some of the subjects are same we can't say they are same. B.sc in IT deals with most of the aspects of IT while B.sc in information security deals with cyber crime, security issues, protection and other things.

It varies from college to college. I am a computer science student and the only difference I know is, IT deals with only software part but computer science deals with both, hardware and software, i.e. some subjects are not covered in IT(e.g.: micro-processor and micro-controller).

Guide-Level 12

You can go for BA or BS in computer science in some of the top universities in Canada like:
1. University of British Columbia.
2. University of Toronto, etc.
The difference between BA and BS is that BS is more practical oriented as compared to BA. Both the options are good.

After completing class 12th, you can start doing CCNA or CISCO certified course. So, the qualification is important till you have a HSC or a Bachelors degree in any field. It depends on what you want to pursue as it is a wide branch.
I hope this helps.
