Computer science engineers are involved in many aspects of computing, from the design of individual microprocessors, personal computers and supercomputers to circuit designing and writing software that powers them.
Information technology deals with the use of electronic computers and computer software to store, protect process, transmit and securely retrieve data. IT professionals perform a variety of tasks that range from installing applications to designing complex computer networks and information databases.
The major difference between both these fields is that, IT deals with the application of computing technology to real life processes, while computer science deals with the science that facilitates these applications. To make it short and simple, computer science is the creation of software and hardware by using different programming skill. On the other hand, IT is just the selection of the proper software or hardware for the task. Both are good course, choose the course in which you are interested in.

Nikhil, you can go for MBA. MBA offers great career opportunities.
MBA has a broader scope having to fulfill the responsibilities at the managerial levels. If you have the gift of doing well as a team member and leader and manage people well, an MBA might be a better option for you.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc  student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores. 
Another way of admission is internal tests or admission criteria of individual Management Institutes or Universities.
