ICT accepts any score either JEE or MHTCET. And mostly, there are chances that you might get a seat in ICT Mumbai.

JEE Mains is the criteria to take admission there. JEE Advance is mainly for IITs.

With 90.2 percentile, you can easily get admission for B.Tech in chemical engineering in institute of chemical technology Mumbai, in the first round of the counselling itself.

It's very nice to hear from you are interested in doing your graduation in food technology from ICT Mumbai. However I could not lay my hands on any paper or information where ICT talks of lateral admission. It is understood that it is not allowed. But if you reside in Mumbai then I would advise you to go to Matings and find out from the institute itself.
