The basic eligibility for pursuing B.Tech.Food Science and Technology course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification completed from a recognized educational Board, with Physics, Chemistry, and Math as main subjects, and a minimum aggregate score of 60%.

It's very nice to hear from you are interested in doing your graduation in food technology from ICT Mumbai. However I could not lay my hands on any paper or information where ICT talks of lateral admission. It is understood that it is not allowed. But if you reside in Mumbai then I would advise you to go to Matings and find out from the institute itself.
