You have passed a HSC, so you are a eligible to apply in BA degree, If you want to continue your work, then you can learn the degree through Distance Learning Mode from Mumbai University.

If the professional course is opted from a University in India then it would be difficult to pursue two courses at a time. The application for any college mentions that you can not pursue two courses at a time. In cases you submit your original certificates to the Professional course you're do

You can apply ASAP, as there is admission going on these days. You can choose the private option in the form then you don't need to attend the lectures.

Graduation will take 3 years of your life and it can be in any stream either BBA, BA, B.COM, etc.

You can't do a BA in 1 year and this not a legal way to get a degree. Yes, Institute of distance and open learning provides distance education mode. If you are looking for a one-year bachelor course then look for the foreign university as they offer a one-year bachelor degree. Although you shouldn't
