Hi Harshit,
Yes, you can do MCA from distance learning universities. The duration will be 3 years. Many universities provide MCA via distance like Amity Distance Learning University, Mewar Distance Learning University and Suresh Gyan Vihar Distance Learning University.

Which course is better among B.Com and BA in Mumbai University?

Both the degrees are of arts, be it B.A. Or B.Com. You will be studying about accounting in B.Com and in B.A. You will be studying about theory. There are several specialisations in B.A. Like B.A. English, history and economics. In B.Com you can go for B.Com CS B.Com general or B.Com honors.

No, after BA you cannot get into M.Com. You can go for MA.

Yes, you can pursue B.Com after the completion of you PUC with a minimum of 50% and with no backlogs.

Most of the PG courses are of two years, so Diploma in financial Management is also of two year duration.
