The eligibility criteria for B.Com through distance and open learning is, class 12th passed conducted by the different Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc in maths, it requires a graduate degree so you can pursue M.Sc in maths from any recognised university.

No. But since you want to study in same university it could be possible. Contact your University for this info and they will be able to suggest you better.
