Yes, you can go for distance education in BA from Mumbai University. The eligibility criteria for this is passing HSC from any recognized university.

Yes, you can go for M.Sc Maths through distance learning.

There is no procedure to complete BA in one year.
You have to go through the whole process.

To go into the final year, you need to clear at least one year completely, then only you can go for the third year.

PGDM is a PG Diploma in management. It's a Diploma course of 1-year. MBA is Masters in business administration and it's a full 2-year course. Both are good at their level.
